Maybe. According to the GS Wiki Sheba's eyebrows are also purple, but this was the best picture I could find of her and it's still very difficult to tell. :p

Silly Anemos people and their absurd hair colours. At least they're consistent? Although I believe Ivan's (or Sheba's, forget which) eyes randomly change colour depending on what image you're looking at.

Well Ash, officially Sheba's eyes are green according to the creators, they mucked up her avatar. Ivan's the only one with Purple Eyes

It's a screw up of communication in Camelot, no doubt. With a small team developing the whole games, it's unsurprising that an inconsistency like this would show up. Ash is right, the eyes and faces do change from the concept art to in-game avatars. It's odd, but probably attributable to the different tastes of the artists.
